Two are standardised, best-practice templates (Employee Engagement and Internal Communication) that come with Ipsos Global EX benchmarks and a standard interpreted report. The third is fully custom: we build a survey around your objectives from a library of 400+ validated questions. The templates give you speed and benchmarks; the custom route gives you flexibility.

You're guided by an Ipsos EX expert throughout. With either template you get 2 hours of expert time: a one-hour kick-off to define your organisation and your intro message, and a one-hour debrief at the end to walk you through your final report, benchmarks and recommendations. With a custom survey, you get a one-hour session with a researcher at the start to take your brief.
